3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a booking has been made and payment for the diving course completed, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of the activity. The following are not considered valid reasons for cancellation or refund: personal schedule changes, inability to attend on selected dates, illness, or any other reasons unrelated to the organization.

The client understands and accepts that booking a spot involves the allocation of resources, advance planning, and the occupation of a vacancy that cannot be offered to another participant in the event of cancellation. Therefore, the amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.

We recommend that clients ensure their availability before confirming their registration and consider purchasing personal cancellation insurance in case of unforeseen events.

4. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information at the time of booking and for informing Lux Divers of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in diving activities. All participants must follow safety instructions and be in proper physical and mental condition to dive.

5. Safety Conditions

Lux Divers is committed to providing high-quality equipment and complying with international safety regulations. However, clients must ensure they have the appropriate gear for each activity, and if in doubt, they should consult our instructors before participating.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time in order to improve the user experience or comply with regulatory changes. Any modifications will be published in this section and will take effect immediately.
